Essentials for Booknetic [+15 Features]

Running a Booknetic site means collecting add-ons: one for per-staff durations, one for deposits, one for staff discounts, one for the reports you actually need. Every one is a separate install, a separate update and a separate licence, and each new one is another thing that can break a release.

Essentials folds nineteen of them into a single plugin where each stays a self-contained module. Every feature has two switches: one that decides whether it exists at all, and — on Booknetic SaaS — a plan capability that decides which tenants get it. Turn one off and it registers nothing: no hooks, no entry in the plan editor.

The loader wraps each module so a fault in one is logged and skipped instead of taking down the request, and the Hub keeps health checks, an activity log and per-feature settings in one place.

It is a superset of add-ons sold one at a time before, and it keeps their table names and capability slugs, so a site already running one keeps its data when it moves across.

Of those nineteen, five are Booknetic SaaS only: Dormant Tenants, Platform Customers, Tenant Categories, Bulk Workflow Tools and Workflow Menu Control. Advanced Reports sits in the same group but works on a regular site too.

Say this plainly in the listing

Better a buyer who knows than a refund:

• Five of the nineteen are Booknetic SaaS features (listed above). On a regular Booknetic site they do not appear at all — a regular install gets fourteen. Say so rather than let someone count to nineteen and feel short-changed.

• Service Break needs one core hook that older Booknetic versions do not provide. The Hub detects it and offers to add the one line, keeping a backup; a Booknetic update removes it again and the health check offers it again. Everything else in Service Break works either way.

• PDF report export falls back to a simple generator unless TCPDF is present, which WordPress does not ship. Do not promise polished PDFs.
