By accessing or using Boo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Boo AI constitutes acceptance of any changes.

License Grant

Boo AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the plugin. All intellectual property rights remain with Boo AI and its licensors.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Prices may change with prior notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time purchases. For full details on eligibility and how to request a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boo AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use Boo AI will immediately cease.
