Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boo AI ("the Service"), operated by Code Heaven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Boo AI constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Boo AI is an AI-powered chat assistant plugin for Booknetic, available as a subscription service. It includes an admin AI panel, a customer-facing AI booking panel, and related features. The Service requires a valid Booknetic installation and an active subscription. All AI processing is handled by Code Heaven — no additional API keys or third-party accounts are required from the subscriber.

License Grant

Code Heaven grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin in accordance with these terms. Each license key is valid for a single WordPress installation. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the plugin. All intellectual property rights remain with Code Heaven and its licensors.

Fair Use & Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for legitimate business use with Booknetic appointment booking. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or abusive content through the AI chat
  • Attempt to circumvent license key validation, usage limits, or subscription restrictions
  • Use automated scripts or bots to generate artificial chat volume
  • Redistribute, share, or resell your license key to third parties
  • Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the plugin source code
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive usage patterns, including but not limited to excessive API calls designed to inflate costs or exploit the system.

Modifications & Updates

Code Heaven may release updates, patches, and new versions of Boo AI at its discretion. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, we do not guarantee that all features will remain available indefinitely. Major changes will be communicated via email or our changelog. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins upon account creation and subscription activation. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period. Trial eligibility is limited to one per customer.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time subscription activations. This applies to your initial subscription period only, not to renewals. For full details on eligibility and how to request a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

Data & Privacy

Boo AI processes booking data through AI services managed by Code Heaven. Chat messages and business data may be sent to third-party AI providers as needed to deliver the Service. Code Heaven does not store the content of your AI conversations beyond what is necessary for the chat history feature. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Heaven and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or incorrect AI responses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The AI assistant provides suggestions and automation but is not a substitute for human judgment — you are responsible for verifying critical bookings and business decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your dashboard or Stripe billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive usage. Upon termination, your license to use Boo AI will immediately cease, and any active license keys will be revoked.
